Tracey -- The first time I cleansed with Hulda's method I didn't drink any water. Gradually I added water until I've gotten to where as of the sixth cleanse I drink as much as I want. I got 700 stones out, which is about average for me, so I can't see any harm in it. It also helped to keep my strength up.
