Hi friends,

Does anyone have any guidance on whether a dry sauna (while drinking lots of water) is harmful to do on the afternoon of the Hulda Clark cleanse?

I usually do a sauna from 2:30-3:30 pm (for detoxing purposes) on Friday afternoon, and that is the day I have scheduled for beginning the 6pm start of the epson salts/grapefruit juice mix.

I have concern that the sauna will inhibit the effects of the cleanse if I do it on that day, but only want to skip my sauna if it is necessary for a good cleanse.
