I am no longer in pain. My first attack lasted about 10 minutes and my second about 20. During the second one I drank some extra Epsom Salt and that seemed to do the job. I have still been passing very tiny green stones and LOTS of chaff which I didn't pass any of with the first flush. I am going to see how I feel and probably do another flush next Mon/Tue because I can't take off work before then. I am going to look into doing the other clenses mentioned too. Thanks for all the support.
