Thanks for the reply. However, I have not had any hydrogenated oils in many years (well before the spots showed up). I have a very healthy Diet with mostly whole foods. I have eaten this way for many years. I DID used to eat Aspartame in the form of EXTRA gum I cut all artificial sweeteners out about a year ago.
