The remedy that works for me would probably not work for you - homeopathy is very individualized - it's a specific form of alternativce medicine, not just using herbs, etc. For more info on homeopathy you can look at a booklet online at www.demystify.com

I can say that you could try the bach flower remedies, I know people have results with these, you'd need to get a small booklet on them to see which would fit your needs.

For an acute panic attack - the typical kind that comes outta the blue, feel like you will die, sweaty, rapid heartbeat, need to escape, etc. you could try the homeopathic remedy called aconite or bach flower rescue remedy. Again that is for an acute panic state and probably would not be effective for generalized anxiety.
