That was a fast response!!! Thank you!! I am about 60 pounds overweight (has child 3 years ago and never recovered!!) I get little to no excercise and although I didn't have a very large meal, I did have some beer shortly before bed last night (something I don't do often). As far as anxiety, none more than the usual.

I know I can answer alot of my own questions as to how to get healthy (loose weight, excercise, healthier lifestyle, bowel cleanse, kidney cleanse, etc.) but I am just concerned that I have an immediate problem that needs attention.
