I am so sorry you are having problems! The magnesium and calcium are both good things to help.

I guess I will try to answer your questions with more questions.

How overweight are you?
Do you do any type of exercise?
Do you suffer from any type of anxiety?
Did you notice the rapid pulse and chest pains after a heavy meal?
