Hi Maggie,

Thanks for responding to my message. I also saw a posting by Tracey telling me where to go for the coffee enema. When I bought the Dr. Clark book and came on line here, I ordered the zapper. I used it for a solid hour tonight and feel much better. I also drank a cup of laxative tea tonight so hope that I have results in the morning and just not all that water that burns my butt! ha I am learning a lot from all of you and certainly enjoy all the knowledge. Just like not eating a lot of fat before cleansing, I didn't know that. Have you tried Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanser? I can't imagine anyone going 10 days without food. I ordered his book, don't know anything about him period, do you?
