I really am glad to hear of your success and the details of your protocol. I wonder if you could explain one thing to me, however.

I have done 5 flushes, but maybe I don't know what I'm looking at, what do you mean " the olive oil came out" My bowels are always empty by the time I go to bed at 10:00 so the next morning I have stones and sludge, I never notice anything that looks like oil. Is that the sludge? Can you explain? Thanks so much.
