Hi Terry well done!!!!!! Now make sure you drink plenty of water to flush those toxins out of your body. I found if I didn't drink lots I got aches in my back and legs after the flush. I too like to picture the waste that is leaving my body as being all the unwanted garbage from my past. A new beginning and a new healthier life from now on.
