Thanks Southern Belle for this Post. It is very inspirational. I am now on my 4th Liver Cleanse, and this post makes me realise i must keep going, however hard it is. Although i am getting less and less stones out each time i will continue till none come out. Thanks Southern Belle for this post. Did you find you had to wait a lomg time till non came out?
