Hi there! After your 2nd dose of Epsom Salts you passed chestnut sludge? Could this just have been regular old diarrea? liquidized poo? Sounds to me like that's what it was...since at night you still have a bm in you that's waiting to come out in the morning, right? (maybe the specks of black were bits of older putrefied food?)

That is fantastic that your poo has turned from yellowish to chestnut brown! That just tells you that your old liver is working a lot better! The flushes are working...

As for the emotional rollercoaster....yes, people experience all sorts of emotions when they cleanse. You seem to be feeling simply emotional, rather that liver/angry. Actually the way you explained yourself is the way I am! I went through a year and a half long phase where I was extremely sensitive emotionally. My emotions were heightened so crazily, I couldn't believe it. I cried and felt such empathy for others, the beauty/sadness of the world...heightened joys and heightened sadnesses. It was quite something - seeing as I had never been one of those emotional woman types! Because I study astrology I saw what was affecting me - I am curious if you are having the same transit that I had a few years ago!? hmmmm. (it just sounds soooooo familiar!) It was quite an experience, I tell you! (a good one, after I got over the intial foreign-ness of those emotions!)

Of course it could just be the cleansing!
