I can't respond to your first question, but with regard to your second about the emotions - I have just completed my second flush (a rather disappointing one stone wise) however, I believe this flush was letting go of a serious emotional layer. After consuming my OO/GFJ drink, I laid down in bed and began crying and couldn't stop for at least 1/2 an hour! My husband thinks I am going stark raving mad! Since then, I have been somewhat bitchy and short (I thought I was past alot of that) Not to mention, my digestion is back to being poor and neck pain to beat the band (I haven't had it this bad in several months). From reading prior posts, I think we've stirred up alot of stuff (obvious for you from your description), and the liver (per chinese medicine is all about anger) so it stands to reason that we are letting go of alot of angry emotion. I am going to get a colonic tomorrow in hopes of clearing some stuff away, and am looking forward to my next cleanse later this week. These days I just try to go with the flow...beliving someday, I'll hit the motherload, and enjoy some of the same euphoric feelings that others have posted. We like to say at the healthfood store in which I work...."Fake it till you make it!" Just think, you have an excuse for awhile....I say, I'm sorry honey, that wasn't me, that was my LIVER talking!!"
