Anyone out there, I need help! I take 14 meds plus lots of vitamins etc every day. I am 61 yrs old. I am type 1 diabetic for 45 years, had a heart attack, heart failure, hypothyroid, asthmatic, and now I was told I have Cushings. Is Clarkia safe? where can I get info about it. I have read a lot here, but haven't seen anything about whether it would be safe or not. Same goes for CoQ10. How safe is it. I'm hoping I can find something that is the safest for me. I have been using Clarkia for two weeks and have just quit for now. Only thing is, I start to feel bad and get scared and don't take it 3 times a day. Also, I got red bumps that look like bugbites but I don't think they are. They itch and don't go away for I don't know how long yet. Someone talk to me so I don't feel so hopeless.
