I use Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for soaking/cleaning my fruits/vegies. It is a great disinfectant. I also took capsules for a while instead of Antibiotics , and they gave me die-off symptoms, so I think it was helping. My naturopath switched my supplements around, otherwise I would have stayed with it.

There are a lot of different uses for it, and it doesn't hurt you; although I did read to take extra acidophylus because Grapefruit-Seed-Extract is that potent.
