lol...no i'm not hard core. i don't do that. but i do believe that if your body is working 100% then you should have no problem killing off pests and diseases with a little help here and there...that would be a maintenace dose, or a cleanse once or twice a year...it all depends on the individual i guess. :-)

and we are here on this planet interwoven with other life...so you can't just stick yourself in a bubble and hide from pests. i think that way you may actually grow less resistant to everything around you. i believe our immunity does build up by exposure!
