yah...there is not a lot of study...i guess just go by what your body says. mine usually tells me to slow down on the Wormwood just like it does on psyllium.

i would recommend the paragone but on the lable is says not to use during pregnacy or when nursing...one of the ingredients is Wormwood . just a thought...

i haven't done any of the heavy metal cleanses yet, but i know stuff does come out of you when you do the bowel cleanse...all kinds of stuff, parasites, candida and metals...and swallowed objects too! lol. ask tracey about that one!

...so this way you get most of the problems with one treatment.
