hmmm. i took a much smaller dose and still got results but i am only 100lb. maybe you are taking a dose way to big for your body?
my other thought is you may have gotten yourself really psyched up just like i do about the liver flush...they really scare me for some reason and i absolutely hate the oil...and i get a lot of fear and panic from those. so maybe it's just fear built up.

i didn't feel anything too noticeable on the coq10 with the exception of something moving around in my right joint of my elbow, knee and ear canal. im sure they were critters. they are dead and out and long gone now.

i've been paracleansing for over 3 months now and all i can say about the herbs i've taken is that too much Wormwood causes bad stomach pains and i would definately recommend it in a tincture for with other herbs taken at a regular dose. for me the tincture from paragone has worked incredibly. no noticeable side effects from coq10 ( roomate took regular dose).
