HI!
I was soooo happy to read your experience with the die-off (panic,anxiety,depression,and paranoia). I had that from eating pumkins seeds all day long for 3 days.
I thought I was going crazy. I feel like crap, but remembered that in candida things get worse before better. So I came here looking at what other people have found.
The right side of my face also hurts alot.
I have been taking a lot of Ornithine to help with the intense feelings and it does but woooooo this sucks!
