Yes, I was on the paragone cleanse. After a break, I'm on the Clarkia cleanse now. I forgot to mention after taking the big co q10 dose I had sensations of something moving in my nose and in my left ear. I have seen suspicious stuff in the toliet bowl but nothing for sure.I have seen what looks like seeds in my BMs but I am thinking they are flaxseeds or something I'm eating. I feel I should take more co q-10 doses but I worry about that fluttery feeling. Has anyone read anything about hurting the heart if you take a megadose of co q-10?
