I tried the Co Q-10 therapy twice in the past month and have this to offer. The first time I mixed-up the dose and only took about 600mg in water. Nothing to remark about. The 2nd time I think I got the dose right, about 3000mg taken with a tiny bit of honey. This time I have had a fluttering in my throat off and on for the past 2 weeks, like my heart was stuck in my throat. It's a scary feeling. The question in my mind is this: Should I do this again? You see I believe I may have pesky critters lurking in my body causing all sorts of problems. Terrible night sweats this past year, among other things. Can anyone help? -Deb
