Hi,

First of all I must say, I am in Australia and don't have access to quite as many varieties of herbs as most people on this site. Having said that, I have found that I can get almost all but the Black-Walnut hulls only comes in capsules. How do I know how many to take and how strong they are compared to the tincture? And would it still work or does my body require it to be in liquid already for easy absorption? Also I'm thinking I'll have to make my own clover capsules (only comes in powder form) so again, how do I know how much?
