I know this has been discussed before but I'm still concerned about a 3000 mg. dose of this. From what I've read, it's a vitamin like substance. I've see it on the net in jars of 60 caps, 30 mg. each. In order to get 3000 mg. you'd have to take a full jar plus a good portion of a 2nd jar. Isn't anything in that excess dangerous---even vitamins? Are there any sites or anyone/anything out there that can guarantee no problems or side effects? When I get to that part of my cleansing, I don't want to stop--just in case there's more to get out but can someone dispell my fear? And in case I don't chicken out---where's the cheapest place to purchase it? Thanks Much
