I thought you might like to know/ if you did not,
that metal toxicity can be a contributing factor in autism .
some great metal detoxes are :
pascalite clay baths ( or even foot bathes)
mung bean sprouts (you cna grow your own to get wonderful
small living green plants, much more alive than in store type)
cilantro, cinnamin (to name just a few)
do not cook with aluminumas or teflons.
I altered all my eating utencils to lexan at 55 cents per piece
stainless steel is considered ok by some,
but I really like the lexan
(plus it can tolerate heat up to 400 degrees)
if you want , I can post where I get my lexan from .
the knives are very sharp , spoons have very good *dips * in them
if you don;t want to cook in glasswear,
consider an alterantive as enamel cookware.
the few things I do cook ,
I do so at generally a very low heat
and do not let them get beyond a *crunchy * stage.
to avoid the oil problem ,
I use the minimum amt of water,
and add oil after it has begun to lightly simmer,
or better yet AFTER the food is done.
I use coconut oil / sunflower oil / or olive oil .
sesame oil is great as well as avocado oil .
keep your oils in fridge,
(such as the olive or sesame or avocado )
and most oils go rancid
(except coconut) within about 3-6 months
avoid peanut oil / safflower oil / soy oil / canola oil
Ps if you use baking powder get non aluminum form.
you can buy this online easier than in store I think .
I rarely eat bread product/ since it is ofen full of aluminum as
an ingredient top *glaze* and contains softenin agents etc.
subway sandwiches are on a bun that is loaded with aluminum.
The few bread type products I do eat,
I make myself,
such as a flaxseed/ hempseed/ thin cracker type dough
no yeast no aluminum no dairy, and use it to make my non dairy pizzas
and or crackers spiced in different ways such as italian flavor
or chili spiced etc.
hope this helps 8)
