A cookie sheet is a thin sheet of aluminum, commonly about 10x15 inches with a raised lip all round to keep dough from melting off. Sometimes it's called a jelly roll pan or sheet pan. Here's a link to see some: http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodli.asp?Keywords=cookie+sheet

I'm curious how you make cookies without a cookie sheet, or do you call it something else? If by oven paper you mean parchment paper, I believe it's coated with a thin layer of silicon which is what gives it it's nonstick properties. I dunno how good that is to eat.

I swear the more I read, the more I get the feeling that my kitchen is just a big ole death chamber. The plastic wrap and tupperware have xenoestrogens that are going to give me breast cancer, the tin foil is going to give me alzheimers, the yummy brown crispy part of my food is carcenogenic, the fruits and vegetables are coated in pesticides, the dairy's full of hormones, frozen food has no life force, cooked food has no Kerlian aura, raw food has too many antinutrients, oy my head hurts, I guess I'll just go sit on the porch and rock instead of make dinner. I'm worried what all this stress is doing to my heart.
