I just wanted to mention that the oatmeal EVCO broccoli concoction is STILL completely delicious! Still a BIG favorite! Any vegans out there who used to like that rice, velveeta cheese, canned soup and broccoli casserole that you see sometimes at covered dish/potluck events might want to give it a try, I decided that the taste is somewhat similar but of course my version is healthful!
