Thank you so much for responding to my post, and offering help!
My sister likes to bake cookies especially oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and loafs of bread like bananna, or zuchinni, carrot etc. We are also trying to learn how to bake w/ wheat flour, soy and or rice flower. any recepies would be helpful and a great way for me to slowly introduce her to a better way of eating. We are both over weight, and I believe that a new way of eating will help to cure some of her symptoms of lupus, and help her lupus go into remission. I hope though this she can be happier. thank you!
