My sinuses are killing me! I know some homemade chicken soup will make me feel better. However, the only ones I have call for chicken stock (which I usually make tons of and freeze - of course, I'm out right now), or canned broth, which I know is LOADED with preservatives .
Any ideas for a shortcut? I'm thinking of just foregoing the broth, but I'm afraid I'll end up with 'chicken water' rather than chicken soup.
