I had posted a message sometime back about the same experience- I am taking bP shakes in which the ratio of Bentonite and psyllium id 1:2 and its working great unlike my last attempt with 1:1 ratio. Just hoping there's no harm done. Incidentally, I seem to quite like the taste of psyllium.
