The 'shakes' are better than caps because they start cleansing from the mouth down...plus people often don't drink nearly enough water when they use the capsules. If you want to use capsules...make sure that you supplement them with at least 1 shake a day using the powder so that you clear out the very upper part of the GI tract...and drink, drink, drink your water!!!
