Hi J,

I'm not PTree or Tracey, but I can tell you that yoga cured my depression. Absolutely, end of story. It has
never for a second returned. I do practice every day though.

Hope this helps. Your friends could start a yoga class while still on the medication, but will soon feel confident that
they don't need it anymore.

Also diet and Bowel Cleanse will help. Others know more about this than I do.
