I have not been diagnosed as to having menieres disease but the doctors have done a MRI and they said everything was ok.So I probably could say that I also dont have a an acoustic neuroma.So the answer to your question is NO the cleanse did not make my dizziness etc any worse.In light of that my suggestion would be to give it a try.
