Hi! I have been fighting candida for over 3 months now I am on the diet taking all the antifungals- I am planning to do a Bowel Cleanse at the end of the month which will be 4 months fighting candida- Do you think it is ok for me to do that even if my candida isn't totally gone? I am going to do dr andersons arise and shine bowel cleanse- I thought i heard once that you should wait until you are free of the candida before doing a bowel cleanse- i think so that if you have leaky gut syndrome it is healed by then- i was thinking that i would get rid of it faster if i did the cleanse being that it won't have a dirty area to live in - that makes sense to me - anyone have any advice/suggestions/ingo? thanks!
