(suggestion) Could I only say take two tablespoons every second or third ? night prior to going to bed without the Epsom Salts and achieve an adequate liver/gall bladder flush.The epson salts I thought I could also omit since I did my first flush without the Epsom Salts and it worked actually better than the second flush.The first flush incorporated 2 cups of oil and lemon juice whilst the second incorporated only 1/2 cup of olive oil together with grapefruit juice and Epsom Salts .

PS: What is the grape fruit juice used for?
