With regard to the b/p shakes I have been on for the past 4 weeks.Do you feel I should give it a break for sometime as my body is getting pretty used to it.I take 3-4 per day.And still no so called mucoid plaque and in fact my wife has also no plaque as yet to speak of.Perhaps there is another program we could do that will remove mucoid plaque (thats to say if we have any).
PS:I have just recomenced taking my probiotics especially after the Epsom Salts that surely would have been hurtful to my gut flora.
