I always hand out the following post...it includes many great posts from Ptree on how to take the Bentonite and psyllium.

I've done the Master-Cleanse with b&p twice now and had great results - got out lots of mucoid plaque. Some people take longer to release the icky stuff...but if you stop the fast before that happens you can always eat healthily and continue with the b&p's...to get the mucoid plaque out. Just remember to drink a lot of water!
