Thanks Birdie....I've got to try the Bulking Agent III...I've had great success with the other ones, but not as fast as what you are reporting.

I don't know why they refer to their Bulking Agents as laxatives....and I've seen this printed on some psyllium containers as well. FIBER IS NOT A LAXATIVE!!! I know that this is gonna confuse a lot of people who read my posts about avoiding laxatives and then wonder why in the world I am recommending a laxative product. Holistic Horizons does not contain laxative herbs!

Birdie, I know that you know this already...I just want to clarify it for other people reading these post. Also, you should definitely start dry skin brushing...if you think that you are getting gunk out now...just wait until you add that to your daily routine!!! It does a great job of circulating lymph and moving the old stuff out...excelerating the gunk that you are releasing from your bowels. It also makes your skin super soft...you'll never need body lotion...and over time it will get rid of cellulite if you keep 'clean' and maintain a healthy diet, good water intake and regular exercise. You will love it!
