Hey ya'll I wanna start the B&P regimen but I don't remember the amounts very well. Seems I remember one table spoon of each in 16Oz of H2O, chased by another 16 oz of H2O. Is that correct?

The other part I'm not clear about is the time to take it. Before meals, after meals, empty stomach waaat?? I seem to remember something about before bedtime. I tried doing it a coupla months ago and I believe I went too much too soon. I started with 2 doses a day and by the 3rd day I had added a third dose. I was doing some strenenous work at the time and was getting some uncomfortable bloating so I quit with plans to start slower later.

I believe that Ptree made a post a while back outlining the protocol and Tracey has pointed some folks to it. In any case if one of you good doobies can point me in the right direction I'd be greateful.
