wow Paulette, that must have taken some serious conditioning to get your body to *crave* Epsom Salts ! i almost hurl everytime i physically see the container i have. i get the kind of headaches from that stuff that makes me wonder if its causing some type of brain damage. i guess if i forget/can't figure out how to work velcro that will be the first sign that something bad is happening.

in all seriousness its good to know that they aren't dangerous.
