As yet i havent used any Epsom Salts because the previous liver cleanse only involved olive oil and lemon juice but i must admit it still made me pass my gallbladder stones.I think I still have more to move but my previous cleanse made me sick (threw up 4 times)and have since been told that I shouldnt have drunk water together with the olive oil.Mind you it was the only way to stop me dry reaching whilst swallowing the oil.
