I don't think it was the B&P shakes. But this is my guessing. I think everyone is effected differently to e. salts. I can take it and it will make me go most of the night and next day, about all day. My boyfriend takes it and he is done in about 4 hours. Maybe try the e. salts with out the shakes and see if it will have the same effect. I have being using the shakes and now coffee enemas. I like it better than salts.
