tonite is my second attempt. i tried a week ago thursday and i was unsucssesful. i put 2 tbls. of salt instead of 2 teaspoons.!! i was very neaseous and at the end of the day i couldn't fight the neasous feeling - so i ate oranges and did not continue..!! i really would like to try again.. i see that if the flush does not agree with me- i can do the tea... why is the flush better?? and should i attempt with the right amount of salt?? does the flush vs the tea work better? quicker? please let me know . and i know i will be here on this forum quite often over the next week. thank you
