hi there- i avoid going out to restaurants (as an outing). and if you need to go out- go to a coffee shop and get water- or if you can have one of the tea's there. so you are both drinking and it's not that noticable. And if you do need to give an explanation - i would say- i am queasy and i need to drink now to take away the neasea.
