Hey out there,

I'm starting to struggle at day 16...aiming for the big 40. Have "booked" my Liver Flush for Easter Sunday. I'm not bursting with energy like the rest of you.

I started on the B&P shakes about 6 days ago, but no rope/mucus yet. As Tracey advised, I stopped the salt flush and herbal laxatives, and subsequently I have had two bowel movements in 6 days (the first was due to an emergency herbal lax - I felt like I was backing up). What should I do? Take nightly herbal lax's? Start on the salt flushes again (yuck!)? Any advice on how to keep going on this marathon effort, I'm not even half way there yet.
