Hi there...with the b&p's you don't have to sit by the toilet - the b&p's work slowly through your system, they don't cause diarrea.

It has come to my attentin that people that like doing the salt water flushes can continue to do them during the b&p's and still get out ropes and mucoid plaque. Someone recently posted this. So that's good for all the people that like the salt water flushes out there.

You can decide. If the salt water flushes make you feel good then you should keep on with them...
