Hi Daermo,

I'm not a physician, just relating my own experience. I don't know what to say about the gas, may be something you ate. I have had little/no gas while on the F1/F2 (ascentially benotite and psyllium) Dr. Schulze s program but two nights ago I had the worst gas imaginable. Almost shot the cat across the room. I chalked it up to some icecream I had had, but last night I had some icecream and nothing happened.

I would increase the BP shakes until you are having a BM three times a day at least...gotta get things moving.
