Hello All,

I'm on day 7 of the MC. I've tried to incorporate the P&B shakes. The first 5 days I took 1 shake per day. I'm not getting any BM's. I've tried the salt water flush. I throw up twice. I've started taking smooth move teas at night. Hardly any results the next day.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with me? What can I do to get my bowels moving. This was the reason I started this whole cleasnsing process. I'm the type of person who is lucky to get a BM once a week. I keep hearing people talk about these incredible eliminations and I'm starting to wonder will it ever happen to me.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
