I'm currently doing the Dr. Schulze s program of F1 and F2. What I have been doing is:

Take F1 at night during/after dinner.

Fill 4 juice bottles with juice and 1 tsp of F2, shake and put in the fridge. The next morning I put them in a lunch carrier with a freezer pack to keep them cool and drink during the day.
