Hi gasman.

Well my diet consists mainly of fresh veggies and fruit like bananas, strawberries, carrots, celery, lettuce. I have eaten some bread over the last few days but i have stayed away from all dairy and meat products.

Yep i am taking the F2 five times a day, my god is that stuff interesting to swallow! but still theres been nothing out of the ordinary comin out of me, much to my disappointment haha. dont really know how many days i am gonna do this for, probably for the 5-6. let me know how it goes for you since we have such a similar circumstance. thanks!
