LOL...sorry GasMan, but I don't believe there is such a thing as a donut cleanse!

I know the F2 contains psyllium and Bentonite and hope that it is sufficient to get the job done. However, since the F1 contains laxative herbs it may move the p&b through the GI tract too quickly and interfere with its ability to soften, loosen and absorb the ickies! Mucoid plaque is easy to identify though...you'll have no doubt when you pass it!

Keep us posted on your progress....and if you indulge in the donuts, at the very least enjoy them immensely!
